Brook Farm Cottages
The Old Dairy is a two storey self catering holiday cottage providing accommodation for up to 4 people with the first floor gallery room situated in the old loft area with nooks and crannies.
The ground floor has an open plan sitting room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer and microwave) with the original exposed beams giving much character to the room. The double bedroom and light and airy bathroom with bath and shower are also on the ground floor. The gallery room has been converted to a twin bedroom. It is reached by open tread spiral stairs and so not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
This holiday home has underfloor central heating, a colour TV, wifi and its own fenced and attractively planted courtyard garden which leads to a communal courtyard with safe play area. There is parking beside the cottage and although a car is necessary, local shops are within easy reach.
This holiday cottage is ideal for a couple or a booking requiring a ground floor bedroom. The twin beds in the gallery room are popular with older children.
There is a communal laundry room with automatic washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. A cot and high chair are available on request at booking.

Accessibility Statement
Parking for the Old Dairy is 30 feet from the cottage down a gravelled drive. Access is via a standard 32 inch front door which is raised 8 inches from the drive, this area is illuminated at night. The kitchen, dining and sitting area are all on one level on a tiled floor with under floor heating and rugs. The double bedroom is on the same level. The bathroom at the end of the corridor has a tiled floor with bath mats and the bath and shower are combined. The twin beds are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase 17 inches wide and with 12 steps up to a galleried attic room with sloping ceilings. There is a 9 inch drop to the small courtyard area outside the back door.
Laundry Room
A separate laundry room is available to all three cottages, providing a washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron. This room is accessed via a gravel drive alongside the Old Dairy and Shippen cottages. There is a 7 inch step up in to the laundry room.
